About me

I am a qualified BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered counsellor, for individuals, couples, families and children.

My specialism is couple counselling and relationship therapy and I have over fourteen years experience working for Relate.

I adopt an Integrative approach to counselling, which means I draw upon several theoretical approaches and models. These include Systemic, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Existentialism and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I am committed to providing counselling in a supportive, non-judgemental, respectful environment. Creating a safe space to explore whatever issues you may be experiencing or have experienced. I am fully insured and have an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate. I work in accordance with the BACP’s Ethical Framework and good practice standards.
