I am a qualified counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), offering support to individuals, couples, families, and children.
My particular area of expertise is couples counselling and relationship therapy, with over fourteen years’ experience working with Relate.
My approach is integrative, so I tailor my work to each person I meet. I draw on a range of different perspectives, which allows me to respond flexibly to your needs. This can include making sense of past experiences, exploring how these may be influencing the present, and supporting you in developing new awareness, choices, and ways of coping.
I am committed to providing counselling within a supportive, respectful, and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to create a safe and confidential space where you can explore any challenges or experiences at your own pace.
I am fully insured, hold an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate, and work in accordance with the BACP’s Ethical Framework and standards of good practice.
